Instructions

- Prepare cauliflower: Place the beaten eggs in one bowl and the flour in another. Dip each cauliflower floret first into the egg mixture, then coat evenly with flour, shaking off any excess. Lay the coated florets on a work surface and spray both sides lightly with olive oil spray.
- Air fry cauliflower: Arrange cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 7 to 8 minutes, turning halfway through cooking, until the florets are golden brown and tender. Repeat with any additional batches. Once all are cooked, return all cauliflower wings to the air fryer for 1 minute to reheat evenly.
