Instructions
- Prep: Heat air fryer to 375ยฐF for 5 minutes. Spread chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them to about 0.5 to 0.75 inch thickness to ensure even cooking.
- Season chicken: Rub olive oil on both sides of the chicken breasts. In a small bowl, mix ground paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, light brown sugar, salt, and black pepper. Rub this seasoning mixture evenly over all sides of the chicken.
- Air fry: Place the chicken breasts in a single layer inside the air fryer basket. Close the air fryer and cook at 375ยฐF for 10-12 minutes, or until the thickest part of the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165ยฐF for safe consumption.
- Rest: Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute. Serve immediately for best flavor and juiciness.
