  • 1 teaspoon light brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Prep: Heat air fryer to 375ยฐF for 5 minutes. Spread chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them to about 0.5 to 0.75 inch thickness to ensure even cooking.
