  • 1 1/2 cups ranch dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil the pasta in heavily salted water until al dente. Drain the pasta and rinse it under cold water to stop the cooking process and cool it down for the salad.
  2. Prepare the Turkey Bacon: Cook the turkey bacon strips in a frying pan until crispy. Once cooked, chop the bacon into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Cook the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Using the reserved bacon grease in the pan, cook the chicken breasts over medium heat for about 4 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Then, slice the chicken into strips.
  4. Chop the Vegetables and Herbs: Dice the green bell pepper and red onion into small pieces. Chop the fresh parsley finely.
  5. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the cooled pasta, chicken strips, turkey bacon pieces, diced vegetables, chopped parsley, and ranch dressing. Toss everything well to ensure the dressing coats all ingredients evenly.
