Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Gather all ingredients including a ripe large avocado, fresh cilantro, olive oil, lime juice, garlic clove, sea salt, and water for thinning.
- Blend Ingredients: In a blender or food processor, combine the avocado, cilantro, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, sea salt, and 2 tablespoons of water. Blend until smooth. If needed, add additional water one tablespoon at a time to reach your preferred dressing consistency.
- Adjust Seasoning: Taste the dressing and adjust sea salt or lime juice as desired for balance and brightness.
- Store the Dressing: Transfer the dressing into an airtight container and refrigerate. It can be stored for 5-7 days. Stir before using as it may thicken when chilled.
