Description

A refreshing, festive Easter Punch that’s quick to prepare and perfect for spring gatherings. This fruity, fizzy drink combines raspberry sherbet, tropical punch, and 7UP, garnished with fun Easter-themed toppings for a delightful treat.

Ingredients

Scale

Main Ingredients

  • 1 quart Raspberry Sherbet
  • 45 ounces Tropical Punch Tampico
  • 45 ounces 7UP

Optional Garnishes

  • Easter Sprinkles
  • Lemon Slices
  • Mini Marshmallows
  • Pink and Yellow Peeps, bunnies and chicks

Instructions

  1. Add Raspberry Sherbet: Place the raspberry sherbet at the bottom of a 1-gallon pitcher to form the base of the punch.
  2. Mix Tropical Punch: Pour the tropical punch over the sherbet and stir gently until the sherbet is about half dissolved, creating a smooth fruity mixture.
  3. Add 7UP: Slowly pour the 7UP on top of the mixture and give it a light stir to incorporate while preserving its fizz.
  4. Serve with Garnishes: Pour the punch into glasses, then top with any combination of mini marshmallows, Peeps, Easter sprinkles, or lemon slices to add festive flavor and decoration.
  5. Enjoy: Insert a colorful straw into each glass and serve immediately for a refreshing Easter-themed beverage.

Notes

  • This punch is best served immediately to enjoy maximum fizz from the 7UP.
  • Use a large pitcher or punch bowl to accommodate the volume and allow for easy mixing.
  • The optional garnishes add fun and flavor but can be omitted if preferred.
  • For a crowd, scale the recipe proportionally to accommodate more servings.
  • Keep the punch chilled before serving for the best taste.
