Jello Mixture
- 3 ounce box Strawberry Jell-O gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- ยฝ cup cold water
- ยฝ cup vodka

Instructions
- Dissolve Gelatin: In a large bowl with a pour spout, combine the strawberry gelatin powder with 1 cup of boiling water. Whisk thoroughly until the gelatin is completely dissolved and smooth.
- Add Cold Water and Vodka: Stir in ยฝ cup of cold water and ยฝ cup of vodka to the gelatin mixture, blending well to combine.
- Pour into Cups: Arrange twelve 2-ounce jello shot cups on a rimmed tray to catch any spills. Carefully pour the strawberry mixture into each cup up to the fill line, leaving about 1/8 inch of space from the rim.
- Initial Chill and Add Eyeballs: Place the tray in the refrigerator for 1 to 1ยฝ hours, or until the jello shots are partially set but still somewhat firm. Then, gently place one gummy eyeball candy on top of each partially set jello shot.
- Final Chill: Return the tray to the refrigerator and chill for an additional 1ยฝ hours to overnight to allow the jello shots to fully set and firm up.
- Serve or Store: Once fully set, put lids on each jello shot cup and store them stacked in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
