Instructions
- Dissolve Gelatin: In a large bowl with a pour spout, add the strawberry gelatin and boiling water. Whisk thoroughly until the gelatin is completely dissolved with no granules remaining.
- Add Liquids: Whisk in the cold water and vodka until the mixture is well combined.
- Fill Cups: Place 12 two-ounce jello shot cups on a rimmed tray to prevent spills. Slowly pour the gelatin mixture into each cup up to the fill line, leaving about โ inch space at the top.
- Initial Set: Refrigerate the tray of jello shots for 1 to 1ยฝ hours, or until they are partially set and firm to the touch. Once partially set, place one gummy eyeball candy on top of each shot.
- Final Set: Return the tray to the refrigerator and chill for an additional 1ยฝ hours to overnight to fully set and firm the jello shots.
