Description

Frozen S’mores is a no-bake, creamy dessert featuring layers of graham crackers, cream cheese mixed with marshmallow fluff, and chocolate pudding topped with Cool Whip. This chilled treat is frozen to set, making it a perfect cool and sweet indulgence for warm days or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale

Graham Cracker Layer

  • 12 graham crackers, separated into squares

Cream Cheese Layer

  • ½ brick cream cheese (4 ounces), room temperature
  • 3.5 ounces marshmallow crème (marshmallow fluff)
  • 1 cup Cool Whip, thawed

Chocolate Pudding Layer

  • 4 ounces chocolate pudding mix (113 grams)
  • 2 cups whole milk, cold
  • 1 cup Cool Whip, thawed

Instructions

  1. Prepare Pan: Line a 7×11 inch pan with parchment paper, ensuring the sides are high for easy removal later.
  2. Add Graham Crackers: Evenly lay the graham cracker squares in the bottom of the prepared pan and set aside.
  3. Make Cream Cheese Mixture: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth. Add the marshmallow crème and beat again until well combined.
  4. Fold in Cool Whip: Fold 1 cup of thawed Cool Whip into the cream cheese and marshmallow mixture until evenly combined. Spread this mixture evenly over the graham cracker layer in the pan.
  5. Chill Cream Cheese Layer: Place the pan in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the next layer.
  6. Make Pudding Mixture: In a large bowl, add cold milk and chocolate pudding mix. Using a hand mixer, blend for about 2 minutes until it thickens. Then fold in the remaining 1 cup of Cool Whip and mix well.
  7. Add Pudding Layer: Spread the chocolate pudding and Cool Whip mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer. Place the remaining graham cracker squares on top.
  8. Freeze: Cover the pan with plastic wrap or foil and place it in the freezer. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
  9. Serve: Remove from the freezer and let sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes before cutting with a sharp knife into individual sandwiches.
  10. Storage: For storage, tightly wrap each individual s’more sandwich and keep frozen until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature to blend smoothly with marshmallow crème.
  • Let the frozen s’mores sit at room temperature after removing from the freezer to make cutting easier.
  • Use a sharp knife for clean cuts to avoid crumbling.
  • Wrap individual sandwiches well to prevent freezer burn.
  • Frozen s’mores are best served within one week for optimal freshness.
