Graham Cracker Layer
- 12 graham crackers, separated into squares
Cream Cheese Layer
- ½ brick cream cheese (4 ounces), room temperature
- 3.5 ounces marshmallow crème (marshmallow fluff)
- 1 cup Cool Whip, thawed
Chocolate Pudding Layer
- 4 ounces chocolate pudding mix (113 grams)
- 2 cups whole milk, cold
- 1 cup Cool Whip, thawed
Instructions
- Prepare Pan: Line a 7×11 inch pan with parchment paper, ensuring the sides are high for easy removal later.
- Add Graham Crackers: Evenly lay the graham cracker squares in the bottom of the prepared pan and set aside.
- Make Cream Cheese Mixture: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth. Add the marshmallow crème and beat again until well combined.
- Fold in Cool Whip: Fold 1 cup of thawed Cool Whip into the cream cheese and marshmallow mixture until evenly combined. Spread this mixture evenly over the graham cracker layer in the pan.
- Chill Cream Cheese Layer: Place the pan in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the next layer.
- Make Pudding Mixture: In a large bowl, add cold milk and chocolate pudding mix. Using a hand mixer, blend for about 2 minutes until it thickens. Then fold in the remaining 1 cup of Cool Whip and mix well.
- Add Pudding Layer: Spread the chocolate pudding and Cool Whip mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer. Place the remaining graham cracker squares on top.
- Freeze: Cover the pan with plastic wrap or foil and place it in the freezer. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
- Serve: Remove from the freezer and let sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes before cutting with a sharp knife into individual sandwiches.
- Storage: For storage, tightly wrap each individual s’more sandwich and keep frozen until ready to serve.
