Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Cut the boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs into 1-inch pieces. Toss the chicken pieces with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of chicken seasoning until well-coated.
  2. Skewer the Chicken: Thread the seasoned chicken pieces tightly onto 6-inch bamboo skewers, placing about 4 pieces per skewer. Make sure the skewers will fit in your air fryer basket.
  3. Initial Air Frying: Place the skewers in a single layer inside your air fryer basket, ensuring enough space between them for air circulation. Air fry at 400ยฐF (204ยฐC) for 10 minutes. You may need to cook in batches depending on your air fryer size.
