- 1 ยฝ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chicken seasoning (recipe link)
Sauce
- ยฝ cup garlic parmesan sauce (recipe link)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Cut the chicken into 1 inch pieces. Toss the chicken pieces with olive oil followed by the chicken seasoning to evenly coat them. Thread 4 pieces of chicken tightly onto each 6 inch bamboo skewer, preparing 16 skewers in total.
- Air Fry the Chicken: Arrange the skewers in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Depending on your air fryer size, you may need to cook in two batches. Cook at 400ยฐF for 10 minutes to cook the chicken through and start crisping the exterior.
- Apply Sauce and Continue Cooking: Open the air fryer and carefully flip the skewers. Brush the chicken generously with the garlic parmesan sauce. Return to the air fryer and air fry at 400ยฐF for an additional 2 minutes to set the sauce and finish cooking.
- Serve: Remove the skewers from the air fryer. Brush any remaining garlic parmesan sauce on the chicken for extra flavor. Serve immediately, optionally garnished with fresh chopped parsley and grated parmesan cheese for a fresh and cheesy finish.

- Use chicken thighs if you prefer juicier meat, but chicken breasts work well too.
