- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded white American cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F to prepare for baking the dip.
- Sauté Vegetables: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes until softened and lightly browned.
- Add Garlic: Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Cook Beef: Add the chopped beef, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the meat is browned and fully cooked through, about 4 to 5 minutes.
- Cool Mixture: Remove the skillet from heat and let the beef and vegetable mixture cool slightly.
- Mix Creamy Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
- Combine Ingredients: Stir the cooked beef and vegetable mixture into the creamy base along with half of the provolone, mozzarella, and white American cheese.
- Prepare for Baking: Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9-inch baking dish. Top with the remaining cheeses.
