- Make Filling: In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, sweetened condensed milk, fresh lime juice, and lime zest until smooth and well blended.
- Assemble: Pour the lime filling over the crust, spreading it evenly with a spatula to create a smooth layer.
- Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the filling is set and firm to the touch.
- Cool Down: Allow the bars to cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours to fully set.
