Creamy Feta Sauce
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 small clove garlic, grated
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Sauté the Onion: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the diced onion until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Add Garlic: Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
