- Prepare cups and fridge space: On a tray, set out the cups and set aside for later. Ensure there is enough room in your refrigerator to accommodate the tray of jello shots for chilling.
- Dissolve gelatin: In a large measuring cup or mixing bowl with a pouring spout, combine 1 cup of boiling water with the blue raspberry gelatin powder. Whisk thoroughly until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Add vodka and water: Stir in ½ cup of cold vodka and ½ cup of cold water into the dissolved gelatin mixture. Whisk again to combine evenly.
