Instructions

  2. Prepare Bread Base: Lightly butter each slice of bread if you prefer a crispier base. This step is optional but recommended for added flavor and texture.
  3. Spread Sauce: Evenly spread ½ cup of pizza sauce or marinara on each slice of bread to form the flavorful base layer.
  4. Add Vegetables: Distribute sliced onions, bell peppers, sweet corn, and olives evenly on top of the sauce according to your preference.
  5. Top with Cheese: Generously sprinkle 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the vegetables, ensuring good coverage for a melty, cheesy top.
  6. Season: Sprinkle ½ teaspoon dried oregano and ½ teaspoon chili flakes over each slice to add aromatic and spicy notes.

For the pan, place the slices on low heat, cover with a lid, and cook for 5–7 minutes until cheese melts and the bottom becomes crisp. For the air fryer, cook at 180°C for 5–6 minutes.
