Instructions
- Cook the ground beef: Add the ground beef to a large skillet on the stove over medium-high heat. Cook and crumble for 7-8 minutes, or until browned.

- Prepare the dressing: While beef simmers, combine โ cup salsa and โ cup sour cream in a small bowl, mixing thoroughly to create a creamy dressing.
- Toss the lettuce: In a large bowl, toss the shredded romaine lettuce with the prepared dressing to ensure even coating.
- Assemble the salads: Divide the dressed lettuce between four bowls. Top each with the seasoned ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, quartered cherry tomatoes, and sliced or diced avocado.
